Stories of Melbourne

This is Joel Bumpstead and his modified BMW 200w 325i.

Joel’s been into cars his whole life. The car scene in Melbourne has really helped his passion for cars flourish.

He bought his BMW in 2015 and since owning it, he’s taken it apart and put it back together 100’s of times. He knows the car like the back of his hand.

As Joel got older his need to drive and hunger to race developed as well. He felt a need to do more than just maintain the car and modify it. As a start, he’s been going to track days to practice his skills and become a stronger part of Melbourne’s car culture.

He hopes that in the future he can continue to get further into the car/racing scene and hopefully one day make it his career. For now, he’ll just stick to having it as a passion.
